BACKGROUNDBeginning in the late 80's as a Realtor in Chicago, IL, Michele quickly realized that her industry knowledge, love of finance and excellent customer service skills were paving the way for her as a Residential Mortgage Broker. For more than 10 years Michele has been providing mortgage expertise so homeowners can make educated purchase and refinance decisions. In 1996 Michele co-founded Mountain Crest Mortgage.

I strive to make sure the decisions my clients make are the right ones for them today, tomorrow, next year, or 10 years from now", states Michele.
WEEKLY UPDATESThe smoothest transactions occur when good communication is provided. There is no getting around that each loan processed goes through a number of steps before approval, as well as having potential date changes when purchasing or building a home. Each week Michele contacts and updates all clients, and if applicable their realtor/builder with loan status. This communicative proactive approach helps insure a stress free and smooth mortgage transaction.
