Background

For more than eight years, Sloan has provided sound mortgage advice and customer service to homeowners. Sloan’s expertise assists clients to make educated and confident mortgage decisions. Beginning in the mid 90’s as a commercial banker in Colorado, Sloan realized that he enjoyed his career in real estate finance but wanted more personal contact with clients. He proudly began his residential lending career with Mountain Crest Mortgage in 1997.

Sloan is an active member of the Colorado Homebuilders Association.

My goal is to educate my clients on their most valuable asset and largest purchase (liability) of their lives.” He offers unbiased advice to help save money upfront, as well as long term savings by calculating “breakeven points.” He assists his clients to meet their long term housing goals.

In most cases, since we have an in-house underwriter, we can pre-qualify you for your mortgage in one hour. Simply spend 5-10 minutes with Sloan over the phone and in about 1 hour you will have a binding mortgage approval. Weekly Updates

You and all applicable Realtors/Builders will be updated weekly on the status of your mortgage. Many variables exist, such as moving up your closing date or inspection issues. This proactive approach helps insure a stress free and smooth mortgage transaction.
